Intel And The Super-Connected Home

At the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show the folks at Intel, the world's largest chip maker, are showcasing how they can help users stay connected with their smartphones, TVs and computers.

Intel execs demonstrated how they envision home devices working together in the future with connected PCs and TVs and a central organizational panel, which controls and tracks the energy use of virtually every device in the home.

I'm certainly all for the connecting my PC to TV part, and tracking energy use is second only to watching videos of skateboarding bulldogs on my tv.
